Hi guys! I’m Jass Stupak, and I am super passionate about creating a blissful, holistic lifestyle. I
will officially be a Certified Holistic Nutritionist in April 2018, and I couldn’t be more excited! My
passions within the health field really revolve around mental health and digestion. Being able to
inspire people to make small changes in their personal health journey is what keeps me going. I

Spirulina Yogurt Dip
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: N/A

Ingredients
1 tsp Spirulina
1 cup Yoso Vanilla Almond and Cashew Yogurt
½ tsp lemon juice

Method:
Mix lemon juice and yogurt together. Once its mixed well, add in the spirulina and stir.
Place into the fridge for two hours and let cool. Serve with vegetables, crackers or apple slices.
