Hello, Sareena here! A few years ago I became quite sick and was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Through trial and error, I realized that a plant based diet was absolutely key for me to reduce my pain levels. As a result of this, I realized that I love creating plant based recipes and am now pursuing my passion for this full time. I live in a city in the middle of British Columbia where there are very few plant based places to eat, so creating my own plant based recipes is essential for me!

I am so excited to support Yoso with creating recipes with their amazing products. I was interested in trying Yoso when I found out that they are a Canadian company, and when I realized that they are dairy free, I was ecstatic! Even though they do not follow a plant based lifestyle, my whole family loves the flavors of Yoso products.

Lemon Blackberry Parfait

Refrigeration Time 1 hour
Total Time 1 hour 10 minutes
Servings 4 Servings

3/4 Cup Light Coconut Milk
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
2 Tblsp Maple Syrup
1/2 tsp Pure Lemon Oil (optional)
1/2 Cup Chia Seeds
1 1/2 Cups Yoso Vanilla Coconut Yogurt
1/2 tsp Pure Lemon Oil
1 Cup Blackberries


  1. Mix together the coconut milk, lemon juice, first amount of lemon oil and maple syrup together. Add the chia seeds and let it sit for 1 hour.
  2. Mix together half the yogurt and the second amount of lemon oil.
  3. Cut up half the blackberries and carefully mix it in the remaining yogurt.
  4. Put the pudding into 4 glasses and top with the lemon yogurt. Then add the remaining yogurt and blackberries. Top with remaining blackberries.
