Yoso Superfood Bowl
Vegan yogurt bowls make for a perfect breakfast or snack! Top your favourite Yoso yogurt with a variety of superfoods, add some fresh berries if you please, and enjoy!
- 1 cup Yoso’s Unsweeted Cultured Coconut Yogurt (or your favourite flavour!)
- 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 cup granola
- 1/2 tbsp ground flax seeds
- 1 tbsp Manitoba Harvest Hemp Hearts
- 1 tbsp raw buckwheat groats
- 2 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
- sprinkle of goji berries
Scoop 1 cup Yoso yogurt into a bowl. Top with maple syrup followed by granola, ground flax, hemp seeds, buckwheat groats, sliced almonds, pumpkin seeds, and goji berries. Enjoy!
