My favourite sweet winter delight is broiled grapefruit paired coconut yogurt. ••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••• #DEATS: Turn broil on high heat (450F). Slice grapefruit in half & using a sharp paring knife, cut around the outer edge of the grapefruit and each segment. Add a dollop of coconut oil and broil for 5-7 minutes. What are 3 other favourite healthy things you always keep in your fridge or pantry?
I can’t live without my NutriBullet Blender, I use it to make smoothies, dips and blender soups. I also always keep chia seeds and collagen on hand as both are great additions to make meals extra nutritious and satisfying!
