I’m Clara! A 21 year old Canadian food blogger and photographer who loves to create. I’ve had a passion for plant-based cooking ever since I was a kid growing up vegan in a meat-eating household and I’ve kept pursuing that passion with my Instagram and blog, The Vegan Bean. As a yoga instructor and musical theatre performer, I love sharing recipes for foods that are nourishing as well as delicious! From health-ifying desserts to veganizing my family’s favourites, I always aim to have fun and make magic in the kitchen.
I’ve loved Yoso products for years and have so much appreciation for the company and what they stand for, so this is incredibly cool for me! Plus, I already use the products regularly in my recipes, so I’m super excited to be a part of the Yoso community.

Busy bee🐝 This Tuesday was fuelled by a few of my favourite things: 1. This morning’s yoga flow🌸 2. Gratitude for getting to go to school and learn about what I love💓 And 3. This coconut yogurt parfait bowl😍 Yes, my favourite quick and easy breakfast bowl is back✌🏻 A base of Shredded Wheat (I promise it’s under there somewhere😂), frozen berries, buckwheat, and my beloved @enjoyyoso unsweetened coconut yogurt😋 It also works wonders with a base of oatmeal or mixed in with some homemade granola! Perfect to keep a person fuelled through those early morning classes🌈 I hope you all had a wonderful Tuesday, sunbeams!✨

What’s your favourite Yoso product?
The unsweetened coconut yogurt! I put it in pretty much everything.
What’s your favourite way to use Yoso?
I love using the yogurt to top smoothie bowls or have it mixed with granola and fruit.
