My name is Abbi, I’m a 22 year old health and fitness enthusiast with a passion for recipe development and sharing fitness tips! I currently reside in Toronto, Canada, where I works as a marketing professional for Shopify Plus by day, and blogger by night…well, outside of work, late nights are not my thing. I have been passionate about living a healthy lifestyle my whole life, and hope to continue sharing my love for health and fitness while I continue in my marketing career.
I am so thankful to have been given the opportunity to be a part of the Yoso brand family! I have had a dairy allergy since I was 15 and Yoso was the first dairy free brand of yogurts that actually tasted good! I have been a passionate customer for years and love incorporating Yoso products into my daily recipes. I also love supporting local brands, and who would have known that a little company in Cambridge Ontario could not only make amazing dairy free products, but also create such an inviting community!
