My name is Lisa Manzo and I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (R.H.N), Personal Trainer (PTS), Author of the book Healthy is Sexy, Wellness Blogger and the Founder of PurEnergy Wellness Lofts in Toronto.  Apart from my business titles, I am a wife and a new mom.  All of these titles are wonderful, but serve a specific purpose: they give me the ability to fulfill a dream.  My mission statement – if you will – is to bring each and every person I encounter a positive and lasting experience.  I’m motivated and passionate about everything I do; helping others to live a healthy and happy life is my life mission.

I believe that the key to a happy, healthy, holistic life is education and I am extremely excited to be part of a community that thrives on helping one another achieve longevity, balance and happiness.  Yoso is a brand I truly identify with and have a passion for, as well as support as a consumer.

2 ripe avocados

Salt & ground black pepper to taste

  1. Place Avocado, yogurt, garlic and olive oil in a blender or food processor until smooth.  Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Cut beets into thin slices, lightly drizzle with olive oil, add salt, pepper and rosemary.  Place beets (1 inch apart) on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

I am an avocado fanatic! Whether it is on my face as a beauty face mask or incorporating it in my dishes! This dip is so easy and makes a great party appetizer or healthy snack!
