After completing my HBA in English, Political Science and Phillosophy at the university of Toronto, I experienced adrenal fatigue. At this point, I increased my research in nutrition and holistic health and found within it my lifelong passion. That’s when I made the decision to pursue my career as a certified holistic nutritionist (CNP) at the Institute of Holistic Nutrition where I graduated at top of the class with an alumni status. During my co-op experienced I worked at a Medical clinic with the lead MD and Naturopath. After graduating I completed an accredited online certification for Culinary Child Nutrition from Stanford University.  I have a passion for hormone health, pre/postnatal health care and helping families make healthy and informative food choices. I am dedicated to helping others take control of their lives by implementing nutritional wellness, and holistic lifestyle strategies.

If there is one meal of the day that I truly value; it is breakfast. A nutritious breakfast can have a tremendous impact on how your day unravels in terms of mental performance, physical and emotional energy.  I also value a breakfast that supports body metabolism throughout the day and keeps me satiated for a longer duration of time.

Dairy Free Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding 

Ingredients:

1 cup evaporated coconut milk
3 tbs white whole chia seeds
2 1/2 tbs cacao powder
3 tbs pure maple syrup
1 tbs Yoso vanilla coconut yogurt
1 scoop of your favourite chocolate protein powder

Directions:

Thoroughly mix all the ingredients together until fully combined.

Set aside or store in the fridge and allow the mixture to gel.

Once gelled, add your favourite toppings and enjoy !
