Hi! My name is Chanelle Landriault, BPHE., CNP, and I am a holistic nutritionist and health and wellness blogger at Nourished by Chanelle. Aside from running my nutritional consulting business in Sudbury Ontario, I also teach indoor cycling classes and share my passion of nutrition as a nutritionist and sales associate at a local health food store. I love my cinnamon roll energy balls as it’s a quick recipe I feel good about reaching for any time. The best part? It doesn’t require any baking! High in fiber, antioxidants, and good quality fats. They’re the perfect pre exercise snack giving you just the right amount of fuel for any workout!

Cinnamon Roll Energy Balls

Prep time: 10 minutes


3 pitted medjool dates
2/3 cup organic coconut flour
1 tbsp ceylon cinnamon
3 tbsp Yoso plain cashew cream cheese
2/3 cup sunflower seed butter
1/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
1/3 cup coconut milk
4 tbsp coconut oil (room temp)
1 tbsp MCT oil or coconut oil (liquid)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until a dough forms. Roll into balls (makes about 10) and store in the fridge.
