At Yoso we are dedicated to creating nutritious and wholesome products that support our health, our community, and our planet. We continually strive to source the healthiest ingredients to create great tasting foods that all can safely enjoy.
Unfortunately, we found out through our own routine testing that one of our products may be of concern with regard to Listeria. As soon as we learned of this, we immediately took appropriate action to ensure processes were not only followed as required, but that we have, and continue to, go over and above to ensure everyone’s safety, as well as earn the right to keep your confidence in our family company and in our brand.
It is at times like this we are reminded about why we invest in our processes that enable us to take swift action in an organized and efficient manner. After immediately notifying the appropriate authorities, we decided to voluntarily remove all Soygo products from the shelves while sincerely apologizing for this happening and any concern that it may cause you. Please note that none of our other products, also tested, are of concern, and the CFIA has allowed us to continue production at this time. We will, of course, be in touch with any updates, but wanted you to hear from us directly before the CFIA issues the formal recall.
We have always been proud of the quality of our dairy-free products and the lengths we go to support and protect our partners and customers. We look forward to resolving this issue quickly and proving our dedication to bringing you a dairy-free experience like no other.
