
2-170 g tins tuns chunk or flakes
¾ cup (180 ml) YOSO SPREADABLES Garlic & Onion Gourmet Soy Spread
1/2 cup (125 ml) red onion, chopped
1/2 cup (125 ml) celery, chopped
4 pitas
1 cup (250 ml) alfalfa sprouts
1 cucumber, sliced
1 tomato, sliced
Lettuce to taste
In a bowl, mix tuna, soy spread, onion and celery. Set aside.
Cut the pitas in halves and open carefully.
Fill in each pita with mixture and garnish alfalfa sprouts, cucumber, tomato slices and lettuce.
