I am so honoured to be part of the Yoso Community! I absolutely love using the Yoso products. They taste great and are so much better than the competition. My absolute favourite is the unsweetened coconut yogurt. It is so rich and creamy and such a great calcium-rich substitute for those that choose to not eat dairy products. I have included one of my favourite Green Smoothie recipes where one of the main ingredients is the coconut yogurt. It adds a wonderful creamy, slightly coconuty taste to this awesome kid-friendly smoothie. Enjoy!

Pomegranate and Kale Power Smoothie

A delightful combination of berries and coconut that tastes fantastic and is an antioxidant boost as well. This is a very kid-friendly smoothie and a great one for beginners too.

• 1/3 cup unsweetened Yoso coconut yogurt
• 1/2 cup unsweetened pomegranate juice
• 1 cup organic strawberries or mixed berries
• 1 to 2 handfuls of baby kale (or substitute spinach)
1/2 scoop Boku Super Protein or other vegan protein powder
(for kids, leave out the protein powder or replace with 1 to 2
tablespoons of hemp seeds instead)
• 1/2 tbsp raw honey or 5 to 7 drops of liquid vanilla stevia
(or more to taste)
• Additional water, if desired to thin out

Place all of the ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Add extra water to thin out and sweeten a bit more if necessary. You will need to modify the sweetness based on how sweet or sour your berries and pomegranate juice are. Serve immediately.
